Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping Policy

Turnaround Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Carriers

We partner with the following carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Order Tracking

If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the relevant tracking information. Please note that some orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail may not include tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your products and your delivery location. The shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase, giving you the opportunity to review and decide whether to proceed.

Back Orders

If an item is on back order, we will ship the available portion of your order immediately. Once the back-ordered item is in stock, we will ship the remaining items at no additional shipping cost to you.

2. Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for Clover POS Systems once they have been delivered.

Refused Shipments

If the purchaser refuses delivery of a Clover POS System before it is delivered, the purchaser will be subject to applicable restocking fees for each piece of equipment or peripheral.

Restocking Fees

  • Clover POS Systems (Clover Station, Clover Mini, Clover Mobile, Clover Flex): $250 per unit

  • Clover Peripherals (Cash Drawer, Barcode Scanner, Kitchen Printer, etc.): $10 per unit
